ESR5 - Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) experiments of FOWTs

Aims: The work will bridge WP1&2 by experimentally testing advanced control laws for a FOWTs design, to be tested both in wave basin and wind tunnel and make a step forward in the reliability of complementary wind tunnel/wave basin HIL testing approach, compared to the state-of-the-art (Lifes50+). This will advance the reliability of HIL wind tunnel/offshore basin complementary testing approach for industry and advanced design.
